PROJECT 07/22

Last Cup Café, Surrey

Our clients asked us to create a welcoming environment for customers stopping in for a quick bite to eat while they waited in line to cross the Peace Arch Border. To achieve this, we designed a functional space where staff could easily manoeuvre around, serve clients, and provide customers with exceptional service.

We incorporated designated working zones to offer more efficient and effective use of space and added built-ins to hide clutter and keep items organized. We installed a large quartz counter that swept the entire length of the café to increase the amount of prep room and counter space. Under-counter lighting was integrated into the kiosk cabinetry to highlight easy, grab-and-go items and illuminated the curvature of the cafe. White oak veneer, stainless steel accents, and soft touches of grey melamine anchored the design and gave the space a modern and sophisticated aesthetic for customers to enjoy.

Design by our team, made in the shop, and built on site; we are very proud of how this project turned out.
