This suburban residence fit a cookie-cutter mold that lacked personality, depth, and modern touches. Our client opted for a complete home renovation to create a tailored space for their family to grow into and enjoy.

A floor-to-ceiling plaster fireplace set the tone for the renovation and anchored the contemporary interior design. It became the ideal backdrop and helped bridge the vaulted ceilings and the sitting area below. Oak shelves are installed alongside the fireplace facade to house family treasures while adding warmth to the space. High-performance windows and doors replaced the existing models to add better light and energy efficiency to the home. The kitchen was redesigned for better spatial use and modernized with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a full slab backsplash, and all-new lighting and black hardware to match the rest of the home’s aesthetic. The adjacent powder room piggybacked on the kitchen design by incorporating monochromatic accents and tiles. Custom stairs with black stainless steel railings welcome guests into the home and create a feeling of grandeur. To complete the home reno, we painted the entire house a clean, crisp white, installed warm-toned vinyl floors, and added recessed lighting.
